Return Policy

The procedure for returning products is outlined in our return guidelines. Your statutory warranty rights and right of withdrawal remain unaffected by this policy.

To initiate a return, please send your request via email to contact@sefakaftans.com. Include all relevant details about the product(s) you wish to return and the reason(s) for the return. We will provide you with a return label. After receiving the label, you must drop off the package with the products at a DHL shop (remember to print and securely attach the return label). Unless otherwise specified on our website or app, please ensure the products are returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in their original, undamaged condition, including hangtags and labels.

Always include the delivery note in the return package. Returns are at your own cost unless stated otherwise. Please use the following address for all returns:

Important Notes for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • No restocking fees are applied.
  • Sale items are excluded from returns.

We kindly request that you handle products responsibly. If items show signs of use, such as unpleasant odors, stains, or damage, we cannot accept the return, and refunds will not be issued.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Provide a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, email, or fax) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs for choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery). Refunds will be processed promptly and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days from notifying us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, or functionality.
