Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or profession. A business is any natural or legal person or partnership with legal capacity that enters into a legal transaction in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.
2. Contract Partner, Contract Formation, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Fatema Akbari.
By displaying the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and make corrections to your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. The contract is formed when you accept the offer for the goods in the cart by clicking the order button. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email upon submitting your order.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are: German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our T&Cs in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.
4. Offers and Product Descriptions
The product presentation in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. Product descriptions on the seller's website are not warranties or guarantees. The actual characteristics of the goods offered are determined solely by the respective product descriptions.
Product images serve as an approximate guide to the appearance of the goods. Slight variations in color, texture, or material quality are possible due to manufacturing or display settings. Each product is unique and may slightly differ from others.
All offers are valid "while stocks last," unless otherwise stated in the product description. Errors and omissions excepted.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs apply. These costs will be clearly communicated on a separate information page and during the checkout process.
All prices are total prices plus delivery/shipping costs. Due to the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG), we do not charge or display VAT.
6. Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods in our shop:
Credit Card
Enter your credit card details during checkout. Your card will be charged immediately after submitting the order.
PayPal
To pay via PayPal, you must be registered, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment will be processed immediately after submitting your order. Additional payment options through PayPal depend on your agreement with them.
Invoice
The invoice amount is due 14 days after receiving the invoice and goods via bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to offer payment by invoice only after a successful credit check.
Apple Pay
Payment via Apple Pay requires registration with Apple, activation of the Apple Pay function, and authentication during checkout.
Klarna Invoice
You may use Klarna's payment options subject to approval. Details on conditions are available at Klarna's website.
Shop Pay by Shopify
Refer to the individual transaction provider terms for details.
7. Shipping Conditions
We ship to the address specified during the order process. Shipping is only available via postal delivery; self-collection is not possible.
Additional shipping costs may apply and will be detailed in the product offers and during checkout.
8. Damaged Deliveries
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report these to the delivery agent immediately and contact us promptly. Failing to do so will not affect your statutory rights or their enforcement, but it helps us in asserting claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
9. Warranty, Returns, and Refunds
9.1 Statutory Warranty Rights
Statutory warranty rights apply.
9.2 Returns
Please refer to our Return Policy for the procedure. Your statutory warranty rights and right of withdrawal remain unaffected.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- No restocking fee applies.
- Sale items are excluded from returns.
9.3 Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, excluding shipping costs. Discounted items will be refunded proportionally based on the discount applied. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
9.4 Guarantees and Customer Support
Information on additional warranties, if applicable, can be found with the product description or on specific information pages in the online shop.

10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents in the following cases:
- Injury to life, body, or health.
- Intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
- Guarantee commitments, if agreed upon.
- Liability under the Product Liability Act.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties) through slight negligence, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
11. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), accessible here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
